I was pleasantly surprised by the fascinating and awesome room at the hotel, which was very welcoming and spacious, definitely worth the money. However, the room was in much need of a good wash and polish for the floors, tables, and serving areas.

The service was mostly helpful, particularly Yaser from Housekeeping, but staff at the restaurant during breakfast were not so friendly.

The location was stunning, with our balcony overlooking mist-covered hills full of birdsong and monkey cries. Although picturesque, it was difficult to find transportation, and having your own vehicle would make it much more convenient.

The dining experience was a mix of superb moments and disappointment, especially considering the traffic near Genting. It's advisable to check out early after breakfast.
